Have you ever seen something weird, perhaps briefly or out of the 'corner of your eye', only for it to vanish (or change) on closer inspection? You may well have decided afterwards that it was paranormal, maybe a ghost, an alien or perhaps just a trick of the light? This is a research survey designed to collect such specific odd sightings of objects, or even people, that vanish (or change). Please do not include any other types of paranormal or anomalous reports here.

The information collected will be used in ASSAP's research into anomalous phenomena. Please fill in the form below and press the Submit button, when it will be emailed to ASSAP. Thank you for your help.

Even if you answer NO to some, or all, of the questions, we would still like you to submit the form. It helps to work out how common seeing 'odd things that change' are if we know about people who don't see them!

All information supplied will be treated as confidential.
